Advantages:

Близко к центру, цена.

Disadvantages:

Договорились с владельцем заехать в 13:00, мы приехали заранее, и прождали хозяев до 13:40. Полы не мыты (ну или мыты плохо). На фото квартира выглядит шикарно, а реальности очень и очень просто, а выбирали именно по фото, хотелось что-то поинтереснее чем бабушкин вариант, но для жизни вполне пригодна. Интернет не работал, писал пол вечера хозяевам, так интернет и не заработал. В остальном плюс минус норм.
