Advantages:

Цена. Оперативно отреагировали на запрос заселения. Удачное месторасположение. Полноценная 3-ка.

Disadvantages:

Тараканы. Много всех размеров! Поиск выключателей - это реальный квест. Их нахождение абсурдно. Постельное бельё было недосушено. В целом, квартира ушатана и требует косметического ремонта.
